Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming began its life early in the 1970s when an Associate Professor from the University of California, Santa Cruz, John Grinder, teamed up with an undergraduate Richard Bandler. Both men had a fascination with human excellence which charted a path for them to model behavioral patterns of selected geniuses.

NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behavior to produce the results they do.

Through NLP, the practitioner will enable you to learn how and why you do things and teach you how to use this knowledge to create change. NLP works to assist you to find the abilities to help get yourself back in balance, to be more how you want to be; working on any area of your life, from simple behavioural changes, like phobias, to health issues, such as food intolerances and immune system issues etc. You will begin to discover the skills you have for achieving the changes you desire are just waiting to be used once the blocks have been dealt with.





Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis through NLP to achieve a totally natural state of mind. When under hypnosis you will feel very relaxed, just like that wonderful feeling when you are tired lying in your bed and you are so overcome with comfort that you wish the moment could last forever. Through simple hypnotic, relaxation techniques you can easily attain this state at which time it becomes easy to visualise yourself becoming healthier, happier, more confident, a non-smoker. Whatever it is that you want to be!


Hypnotherapy is a great way to resolve issues and tap into the unconscious resources which we all have available inside of us. People often try to sort out the problems on a conscious level. However, if they could find a conscious solution, they wouldn't still have the problem. With the aid of a therapist, clients can get in touch with all of their unconscious resources and find answers to their difficulties more easily.




Everyone needs a coach; someone who believes in your abilities but can also help you set clear goals towards achieving the life you want.

Having helped you to identify these goals, a coach will help you to prioritise them and encourage you to believe that they really are achievable.  You might need to work on your health and fitness, stress management or personal finances, for example, to get where you want.

Sometimes we limit ourselves and cap our potential. Many talented people develop the belief that they are destined to remain in their current situation.  This is usually the problem. Coaching helps you to break negative belief patterns and set challenging aspirations.
